How will I receive the Ready-to-Use Cashbook?
After successful payment, the workbook will be delivered electronically using the download link provided with your order.
How long is my download link available?
The download link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and may be used up to three times. Please download and save your workbook securely.
How long does the customized cashbook take?
Your customized cashbook will normally be prepared within 3–5 business days after all required business information and your logo, if applicable, have been received.
What information is required for customization?
You may be asked to provide your business name, logo and other information needed to prepare and brand your workbook.
What software do I need?
Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software is required to open and use the workbook properly.
What currency are the prices shown in?
All prices displayed on this website are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TT$).
How can I pay?
Online credit-card payments are processed securely through the WiPay payment gateway using an accepted Visa or Mastercard.
Can I receive a refund?
Because the Ready-to-Use Cashbook is a digital product, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. Customized products are also non-refundable once preparation has begun. If you experience a technical problem with your order, please contact us for assistance.
Can I share or resell the workbook?
No. The workbook is licensed for the purchaser’s use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or redistributed.
Does the cashbook replace an accountant?
No. The Smart Business Cashbook is an internal record-keeping tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.
