By purchasing a product or requesting a service from Itz Bizness Consulting Services, you agree to the following terms.
Payments and Currency
All prices displayed on this website are in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through the available payment provider.
Digital Products
Our Smart Business Cashbooks and other downloadable products are provided for the purchaser’s personal or internal business use only. Products must not be copied, resold, shared, distributed, or presented as the purchaser’s own creation.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and downloading and safely storing their purchased files.
Customized Products
Customized products are prepared using the information supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all names, figures, business details, and other information submitted are complete and accurate.
Once customization has started, changes outside the original request may attract an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the information required and the complexity of the work.
Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded, accessed, or customization has begun.
A replacement, correction, or refund may be considered if:
• The customer receives the wrong product.
• The file is damaged or cannot be opened.
• The purchased product is not delivered.
• A technical error results in a duplicate payment.
Customers must report any problem within seven days of purchase by emailing itzbiznessconsult@gmail.com and providing their name, order number, and details of the issue.
A change of mind, failure to read the product description, or incompatibility caused by unsupported software or devices does not automatically qualify for a refund. This policy does not limit any rights available under the applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
Consulting and Business Support Services
Service fees cover professional guidance, document preparation, and administrative support only. Government, registration, banking, courier, and third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in the quotation.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information and respond promptly to requests for documents or clarification. Itz Bizness Consulting Services is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, third-party systems, government agencies, banks, or other external organizations.
We do not guarantee the approval of business registrations, visas, grants, bank accounts, tax matters, OPR applications, or other third-party applications. Final decisions remain with the relevant organization or authority.
Deposits and Cancellations
Where a deposit is required, work begins after payment and receipt of the necessary information. Deposits may become non-refundable once work has started. Any approved refund may be reduced by the value of work already completed and any non-refundable third-party charges.
Limitation of Use
Templates, projections, cashbooks, profiles, letters, and other documents are prepared using the information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing all completed work before submitting it to any authority, bank, organization, or third party.
